MAJESTIC ANTIQUE FRENCH ALL VERMEIL SUGAR BOWL Louis-Philippe style Circa 1840s. Noblesse-Collection propose you through the photos which follow this impressive sugar bowl.

This sugar bowl, its lid and tray are stamped with the French "Minerva" 1st Silver hallmark (950/1000). This sugar bowl, its lid and tray are stamped with the maker's mark : Etienne-Auguste COURTOIS. He practiced from 1834 till 1847 in Paris, 62 rue du Temple. Total weight of the sugar bowl : 685 grams 22.02 Troy Oz. Height : 16,3 cm 6.42 inches Length with handles : 21,3 cm 8.38 inches. Diameter of the tray : 19,5 cm 7.68 in. In good condition : No dent, no distortion. To note a lack on the decoration of one handle (see photos 2 & 3). To note some small wears of use on Vermeil on the tray. (An "antique statement" of Work of Art of more than 100 years old is joined to the invoice). Noblesse Collection is based in Le Mans in France.
